2 Weeks with OmniFocus

Well, its been about two weeks now since I started using/testing OmniFocus, and firgured it was time for an update.
If you are not familiar with OmniFocus, it is a new GTD tool in beta. For background on the project see my previous post.
I am amazed at how quick updates are coming for the project. There have been up to 10 drops in a single day. So far I have not run into any real issues with the progam. I guess I am not kicking the tires hard enough but, knock on wood– it’s worked great for me. The more I use it the more ways I can see it helping me organize my life. One of the more exciting upcoming features is the ability to attach files. It is currently inactive but, this will be a big asset in my eye’s. I will be able to schedule attached documents for future review, or keep detailed notes associated with tasks.
I have even found a functional method for printing contexts so I can take them with me. The internal printing and reporting features have still not been implemented, so you need to be a little creative. In the Contexts view I select all the contexts so the headings are listed in the right panel, then I Expand All. This gives me a nice list of tasks under contextual headings. After choosing print I change the layout to 2 pages per sheet. This setup gives me a two column printout of the Context headings and the associated tasks, and it looks pretty good.
Since most of the team appears to be headed to the Apple Developers Conference (WWDC 07), I don’t expect any earth shattering advances this week. If any of you out there are also testing OmniFocus feel free to post a comment and let me know your opinions of the product so far.
